We are available 365 days a year and see pets between the hours of 7 AM and 9 PM. Office hours are 9 AM to 6 PM.
Service orders that include major holidays must be paid in full 7 days prior to the first day of service. Cancellations must occur seven days prior to holiday in order to receive a full refund. We charge an additional fee for service on major holidays. $10 for one visit, $20 for two visits and $25 for three visits. Major holidays: President's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day. Charges will apply only for service after 4 PM on Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve and the Fourth of July.
Payment is due on or before the first day of service. Payment for service orders including major holidays must be paid in full 7 days prior to first day of service. Payments accepted via PayPal, Venmo or personal check.
We do not charge a cancellation fee for non-holiday services. We understand that plans change. Just call us before we arrive at your house and any payments will be credited to your next service order or refunded. For holiday cancellation fee policies, see Holiday Service section above.
For same day service add $5 per visit. We appreciate advance notice of your care needs so that we can arrange our staff accordingly. Please schedule service at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability. Holiday service fills up quickly so schedule your holiday care as early as possible.
No extra charge for medication administration in pill form. Add $5 per occurence for insulin injections and subcutaneous fluids.
We will note your veterinarian information at the first consultation and keep it on file should your pet need care in your absence. If after hours, pets will be taken to the nearest Emergency clinic. We will attempt to notify you for instructions, but will use our best judgment in the event we are unable to reach you. All veterinary fees are the responsibility of the client unless due directly to our error.
